Yes I have a Smart ForTwo and yes this filter fits. Perfect really and at a savings of about per filter. I have no idea what the dealer would charge to install it, but it couldn’t be easier to do yourself. Check Eviloution.co.uk for how to details.

I would like to think that nearly all cabin air filters are installed behind the glove compartment in the front passenger side of the vehicle. If this is the case for you, then this installation is the easiest thing you’ll ever do on your vehicle. Do not pay anyone else to do something so simple.
The filter fit perfectly and there is an arrow to make sure you install it in the proper air-flow direction. Couldn’t have been any easier. Very glad I purchased this filter.
The “fresh breeze” is not noticeable, so don’t expect this filter to magically make your cabin smell great…you’ll still have to clean it out the old-fashioned way with a little elbow grease if you know what I mean!
