The part fit exactly with no modifications and no special tools needed. Seemed almost higher quality than the OEM part. So far, it works perfect. The only bad part is there really aren’t any instructions in the box, nor do they seem to be available from other sources online. Took me about an hour to uninstall the old part and install the new one. Would have been much faster and easier with a set of instructions.

The part looks the same but the cables are about 2″ too short. Both sides fit into the bolt patterns individually but it is not wide enough for both to fit… at least not in a 2000 focus ZX3.

This product must not have been tested, because it does not fit the ford focus. Buy eye it looks identical, but physical comparison and attempting to mount this will show there is not sufficient cable to reach the next set of screw holes. With a set of tools and a lighter it is possible to scrap the new part and fix the original, assuming there is no damage to the main structural elements of the regulator (my case the window mounts had broken).
