Group B Worship: Ford RS200 and Audi Sport Quattro – Chris Harris On Cars
To enter Group B in the 1980s, car makers had to build 200 road-going examples of the car they intended to rally. These rules created some of the most spectacular road cars of all time. I love rallying: the chance to drive an RS200 and a Sport Quattro nearly sent me to the nut-house. Fire up the Quattro! Written and presented by Chris Harris Shot and edited by David Litchfield
@pengouin85
Even though it’s actually a DSLR mounted to the? dash, I get what you mean lol
you talk a lots for your age…pffff?
@Ornothrus Agreed? !
@bcatz454 As a motoring journalist, yes. As an insane motorist journalist, who smokes several cartons of cigarrettes a day,? is turning bald and is the epitome of how you can turn a car show into a popular and insane comedy car show… Well… No.
Was very disappointed that Mark Lovell? was not mentioned! Because that is the name that was synonymous in the UK in the mid 80s!
5:10 GoPro? face
LOL
I wish You Tube and Drive existed when I? had my 900 bhp RS200E now that would have been a good review….
@pigeon221995 Then? I guess Ford lied to me when I bought my car in 1989
@roninexige no it wasnt…
?
Now let’s see? how the new Exige V6 rally car stands up to a Lancia Stratos or 037.
@wonderloaf RS200E with a 2.1 was 600? bhp out of the box
@ruairi50 You are right it’s hard to touch? an imaginary S4 in your garage..
You can put? together one of the best car shows in the world, BUT YOU CAN’T AFFORD A PROPER MIC?!
chris harris for top? gear
@1390arosa well of course any slow car modified can be made fast, your original post was silly as you? didnt mention it was turbocharged let alone modified, but this argument is silly anyway so i will stop
@DethThrasher1 and the factory 0 to 100mph time is 19.8 sec, but my car isn’t factory. videos of it passing a load of Caterhams on track on? Youtube. seeing is believing.
It’s? like a Nissan GT-R…. Going backwards.
I f*cking love this? video. Drive needs more 80′s and 90′s purebreds.
@1390arosa first why didnt you mention it was turbo charged? second i? looked the stats up and the 0-60 time is 7 seconds
@DethThrasher1 Seat Ibiza Cupra TurboSupercharged – best independently? measured published 0 to 60 mph, 2010 GTi International, 4.99 sec. Best 1/4 mile @ SantaPod 13.41 sec @ 103mph. 0 to 100mph with passenger and 1/2 tank of fuel, 13.1 sec measured by Redline mag for full feature, only TSi engined car in the UK with Forged pistons and rods. £130 tax, and 40+mpg. thats all. not bad for a 1390cc automatic hatchback?
